You can view the signal strength of your connected devices from the Device List view of the My WiFi portal. Normal ranges for the WiFi Signal are reflected in orange and green.
If your WiFi Signal is Red, your device may experience WiFi connectivity issues. You can hover over the WiFi Signal, and a pop-up box displays options to help you troubleshoot the issue as shown in the image below. You can also refer to Ways to Improve Your In-Home Network for tips to resolve the issue, or try to reboot your WiFi modem or device as outlined in the next section of this article.
