If you  haven't received your Prepaid Card and want to check offer status, please visit www.vzw.com/cox/cardstatus or call 1-800-723-0991.

If you have received your Prepaid Card and would like to check card balance or transaction history, please visit: prepaid.citi.com/vzw-com.

 

Q: When will I get my Visa® Prepaid Card?
Once you successfully activate Verizon Wireless services and maintain services for at least 30 days, you should receive your Visa® Prepaid Card within approximately 10 weeks of activation.

 

Q: Which company will bill me for my services?
You will receive a bill from Cox for your Cox services and a separate bill from Verizon Wireless for your Verizon Wireless services.

 

Q: Which company should I call if I have a question about service?
Call Cox with any questions regarding your Cox services and call Verizon Wireless with any questions regarding your Verizon Wireless device or services.

 

Q: How long will it take to get my Verizon Wireless device?
You will receive their device within two (2) business days of order confirmation.

 

Q: Once I place the order, how can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a Verizon Wireless shipment notification via email. This email will have a tracking number with a "ship to" address.
