Interactive ads are displayed on your TV during commercials or infomercials. They provide you an opportunity to request more information about a product or free samples of a product.

When you see an small banner ad for information or a sample of a product, the Yes button on the TV screen is highlighted. Do one of the following:

  • Press Select on the remote to choose Yes and begin to place the order.
  • To decline the order, press the right arrow on the remote to highlight No and then press Select on the remote.

When a confirmation message is displayed, do one of the following:

  • Press Select on the remote to choose Yes and confirm the order. This also indicates you agree to provide your name and address, so the vendor can ship the order to you.
  • If you decide to decline the order, press the right arrow on the remote to highlight No and then press Select on the remote.

Result: A thank you message is displayed to confirm that your order has been placed. You can expect to receive it within approximately 15 days.
