Using Store Locator From Cox Mobile Connect

Find a Cox retail store or affiliate on your smart phone and tablets.

From the Cox Mobile Connect main menu, tap the Store Locator icon.

Result: The app will automatically use your current location to display stores near you on the map.

To search by a specific Zip Code, tap Change Location in the upper right corner.

To search by Zip Code, tap the Zip Code box and enter the zip code. Tap the blue GO button.

To view store details and / or get directions, tap the store location on the map.
Result: A pop-up window displays with the store details.

Tap the arrow for more information.

  1. For directions, tap Directions. 
    Result: A message displays asking if you want to leave Cox Mobile Connect to open your navigation app to get directions. Tap OK. The next message is from your map provider asking if it can access your current location. Tap OK.
  2. The map should display with the directions you requested.
