How Toll Restriction Works

  • This service allows you to restrict long-distance calls from being made from your home.
  • This service does not block or disable the Auto Callback feature.

    Returning long-distance phone calls using Cox Voice Mail functionality will result in Cox long-distance charges being assessed, including calls made from customers with Toll Restrictions on their Cox account.
  • In order to activate Toll Restriction service, you must contact Cox customer service.
