In the left navigation column under My Account, click Manage Folders.

Result: The Manage Folders window displays.

Click New Folder.

Result: The Create Folder window displays.

Enter in a name for that folder at New Folder Name.

 

Note: If you have already created some folders, you can place the new folder inside one of them. To do so:

1. Click the into parent drop-down menu.
2. Choose the folder in which this new folder will reside. If you prefer the new folder to reside on its own, choose WebMail as the default.
3. Click OK.  

All steps complete.
