Creating Message Filters in Read Mail in Classic WebMail
Last Updated: Thu, 03 Jun 2010 > Related Articles
Summary
Learn how to avoid losing email when creating message filters in Read Mail.
Solution
To create message filters, it is advisable to go through Message Settings. However, it is possible to create message filters while in Read Mail.
To do so, open the email you wish to filter and click New Filter.
When the New Filter window opens, you will notice all the address fields are populated. Therefore, be sure to remove your own email address — and others you do not want to filter — before continuing.
