Solution

Manually Check Spelling

  1. After composing your message, click Spell Check.



    Note: The first misspelled word is highlighted in red. Below it, a list of suggestions may be shown in the Change to or Other Suggestions fields.
     
  2. Select option.
    • To change the highlighted word: 
      1. Click the word from the Suggestions area, or type the word you want to use in the Change to field.
      2. Click Change to change this instance of the word, or Change All to change the word everywhere it appears in the message.
    • To leave the word the way it is, click Ignore.
    • To leave the word the way it is everywhere it appears in the message, click Ignore All.
  3. When finished using Spell Check, click OK.

    All steps complete.

Automatically Check Spelling

Note: This will cause the spell check to run on every message before you send it.

  1. From the WebMail Inbox window, click Settings.

    Result: The Message Settings window displays.
     
  2. Click Preferences.

  3. At Sending Messages, click the Spell check all messages you send checkbox.

  4. Click OK.

    All steps complete.
