Solution
As a Cox High Speed Internet Customer, you have a license to download Cox Security Suite Plus on up to 5 computers, and McAfee family protection on up to 3 computers. You must login as the Primary Account Holder User ID in order to use Cox Security Software. For more information on what this means, see Understanding Digital Identities and Account Types.
Open McAfee Family Protection.
Enter your McAfee Family Protection Administrator Username and Password, then click Login.

Result: McAfee Family Protection opens.
From the McAfee Family Protection menu, select Uninstall McAfee Family Protection.

Enter your McAfee Family Protection Administrator Username and Admin Password, then click Uninstall.

If prompted, enter your Mac admin Name and Password, then click OK.

Click OK to restart your Mac and complete the uninstall.
