Solution
To deactivate Cox Secure Online Backup, complete the following steps.
For additional support, refer to About Cox Secure Online Backup.
From the My Connection page, next to My Services, click the Internet link.

Result: The Internet Tools page displays.
Enter User ID and Password, then click Sign In.
Note: If you do not remember your password, click the Forgot your Password? link.

Under My Account located on the left navigation bar, click the Manage Secure Online Backup link.
Result: The Secure Online Backup Home displays.
This page shows the current primary email address, status of Secure Online Backup, storage size available, and amount of storage used.
To deactivate Secure Online Backup, click the Deactivate button.
Result: The Deactivate Secure Online Backup page displays.
To accept the Terms and Conditions, check the box, then click the Deactivate button.
Important: Deactivation permanently deletes all files.

Result: The Deactivation Confirmation page displays to confirm the deactivation is complete.
Click the Continue button to return to the Internet Tools page.
