Solution

Launch browser.

In the Address bar, enter 192.168.1.1 then press Enter.  

Result: A login window displays.

  • Enter User name and Password.
    Note: The default User name is admin and the default Password is admin..
  • Click OK.

Result: The Setup window displays.

  • Under Network Setup, in the Static DNS 1 and 2 fields, enter the following DNS server addresses in order:
    • 68.105.28.13
    • 68.105.29.13
  • Click Save Settings.
