Complete the following steps to download a contact to vCard in the Universal Contact Manager (UCM).

From the Universal Contact Manager Contacts tab, check the box of the desired contact, then click the Download vCard button.
Notes:
- Must be in List view mode to view this option.
- This option can also be completed from the Search results page.
- Downloading the contact as a vCard can also be done by right clicking the contact, then selecting Download vCard.
Result: The File Download window displays.

Click the Save button to save the vCard.
All steps complete.
