Solution

To create a contact in the Universal Contact Manager, complete the following steps.

From the Universal Contact Manager Contacts tab, click the Create Contact button. 

Note: If no contacts exist, click the Add New Contact button to add the first contact to the address book.

Enter the desired details, then click the Save button. 

Important: Either Firstname or Lastname is required to create a contact entry.

Result: A summary of the new contact displays.

All steps complete.
