Important: Completing this procedure will delete all contacts in the UCM and WebMail.
To delete all contacts in the Universal Contact Manager, complete the following steps.
1
From the Universal Contact Manager, click the Settings tab.
Result: The Settings page displays.

Click the Reset contacts button.

Click the Delete all button.
Result: A confirmation page displays.
4
Click the Continue button.
All steps complete.
