Turn On Vacation Message
From the WebMail Inbox window, click the Preferences link.
Result: The MAIL PREFERENCES window displays.
Click the Vacation Message link.
Result: The Vacation Messaging window displays.
Click the ON radio button.
- Select the Reply only once or Reply each time radio button.
- Enter the vacation message in the space provided.
Click the Save button.
Click the Close button.
All steps complete
Turn Off Vacation Message
Click the OFF radio button to turn off a vacation message.
All steps complete
Click the Save button, then the Close button.
