Paying your Cox bill online is easy with EasyPay, whether you are at home on your computer, or away from home on your mobile device. Learn to sign up, update and use EasyPay in just a few minutes.

Cox EasyPay is a safe, automatic and recurrent payment program that allows customers to have their bill paid automatically each month from a designated bank account or credit card. 

There are three ways to sign up:

1. By accessing the View/Pay Bill section on cox.com and logging in to Interactive Bill.

2. By visiting the automatic bill pay link on cox.com under Find it Fast.

3. By using Cox Mobile Connect on your smart phone or other mobile device.

FAQs

How long does it take for automatic payments to begin?

It takes about 30 to 60 days for the automatic payments to begin so keep paying your paper bill until your get one that says “Do not pay. Your account will be debited when due.”

How do I stop receiving the paper bill?

After your automatic billing begins, you can stop the paper bill by following the steps outlined in Stop Getting the Paper Bill.

How do I update my existing EasyPay information?

To update your EasyPay information either logon to  www.cox.com/easypay or, if you are already logged in to cox.com, click the View/Pay Bill tab on the main page.

How can I view my bill statement online or a mobile device?

You can view, print or download your bill while online. If for some reason you cannot make an online payment contact us for further assistance. You cannot download or print a statement using Cox Mobile Connect. See View Your Bill Statement With Cox Mobile Connect.

I am not the account holder, can I still view the bill?

Only the Account Holder can view billing details, statements, and account history online for security purposes. 

If I am authorized by the account holder, can I pay the bill?

If the Account Holder has listed you on the account as an authorized second user, then you can enroll in EasyPay or make a payment but cannot view billing details, statements, or account history. The following tabs will not display: Recent Activity, View Statements, Bill Delivery Options, or View Bill Details.

What if I have a pending payment but need to change my method of payment before the charge goes through?

If you have a pending payment on your account and you need to change your current EasyPay method of payment information, contact us by phone.

How can I cancel EasyPay?

You can cancel the EasyPay service by contacting a Cox customer service representative at least 48 hours before the scheduled payment is due, and then make a manual one-time payment. Or you can check the Cancel EasyPay box on this PDF formYou will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader to use the form. Within 48 hours of the due date, the EasyPay payment is being auto-processed and cannot be canceled. For more information see Completing the EasyPay Authorization Agreement.

 

How to Sign Up for EasyPay Automatic Bill Pay

Choose the option below that applies to you:

Option 1: 

1. Go online to www.cox.com

2. Click the My Account tab, the click Setup Recurring Payments under the View/Pay Bill section.

3. Enter your login information.

4. Click the Enroll link.

5. Determine your payment option; a checking / savings account or credit card.

6. Enter your payment information based on the method you chose.

7. Put a check in the box to accept the Terms of Service.

8. Click the Preview button and verify all information is correct.

9. Click Submit.
Note: A confirmation page displays indicating the enrollment was successful. You will receive confirmation of your enrollment in EasyPay.


Option 2:

  1. Find your paper bill and write down the account number and the PIN.
  2. Go to www.cox.com and click this link under Find it Fast.

  3. Enter the account information from your bill and either your PIN or your 4-digit SSN.

  5. Enter your payment information based on the method you chose.
  6. Put a check in the box to accept the Terms of Service.
  7. Click the Preview button and verify all information is correct.
  8. Click Submit.
    Note: A confirmation page displays saying the enrollment was successful. You will receive email confirmation of your enrollment in EasyPay.
