Solution

With Cox Mobile Connect, you can keep track of your favorite channels using the My Channels feature found in the TV & DVR module. 
Note: You must have a cox.net account to use Cox Mobile Connect.

Log in to Cox Mobile Connect using your smart phone or other mobile device.

Tap TV & DVR.

Tap the blue start next to the program you want to make a favorite. 
Note: Programs that are not yet favorites have a blue star next to the title.

An alert displays informing you that the program has been added to My Channels.

To view your favorites tap My Channels at the bottom of the screen.
