We here at Cox would like to ensure that you have everything you need to get up and running as fast possible on iOS 7. Included below are instructions on how to configure your iOS device for Cox services. We'd also like to hear from you on your experiences using iOS 7 on the Cox network. The following devices are compatible with iOS 7.
- iPhone 4 and higher
- iPad Mini
- iPad 2 and higher
- iPod Touch 5th generation

Our software teams are currently testing the compatibility of Cox applications such as Mobile Connect and the Contour App on iOS 7. While applications made for previous versions of iOS are compatible with iOS 7, we will we release any updates that are needed over the next few weeks. Check back often for additional updates.
While the interface of iOS 7 is significantly different than in past versions, setting up your device to use Cox services such as email are the same. If you are upgrading to iOS 7, your current settings for Cox services and applications will be retained.
