Whether you are a Cox High Speed Internet customer subscribed to Cox Tech Solutions, or a non-subscriber, learn to use the Contact feature.

Contact Feature - Current CTS Subscribers

 

Cox High Speed Internet customers who are currently Cox Tech Solutions subscribers, can use PC HealthCheck Contact feature to send email to Cox Tech Solutions.

Important: Using the PC HealthCheck Contact feature requires a paid subscription to Cox Tech Solutions.

Open dashboard by either clicking shortcut or taskbar icon.

From the Cox PC HealthCheck Dashboard located on your desktop click the Contact icon.
 


 

If you have previously linked a PC HealthCheck feature to your Cox Technical Solutions Account, continue to step 4. If not, continue with step 2.
 

Result: The Cox PC HealthCheck Account screen displays.

Click the Link PC HealthCheck to your Current Cox Tech Solutions button.
 


 

Result: The PC HealthCheck/Cox Tech Solutions Login page displays.

Enter your Cox Tech Solutions User ID (email address) and Password and click the Login button.
 


 

Result: The Cox PC HealthCheck Contact screen displays.

Enter a description of the system or device problem and click the Send button.
 


 

Result: A PC HealthCheck Confirmation dialog box displays. 

Contact Feature - Non CTS Subscribers

 

Current Cox High Speed Internet customers, who are not Cox Tech Solutions subscribers, must create a Cox Technical Solution account in order to use the Contact feature.
 

Important: Using the PC HealthCheck Contact feature requires a paid subscription to Cox Tech Solutions. Once you create a Cox Tech Solutions account, it will automatically link the PC HealthCheck Chat, Capture, and Service features to your account.

Open dashboard by either clicking shortcut or taskbar icon.

From the Cox PC HealthCheck Dashboard located on your desktop click the Contact icon.
 


 

If you have previously linked a PC HealthCheck feature to your Cox Tech Solutions Account, continue to step 4. If not, continue with step 2.
 

Result: The Cox PC HealthCheck Cox Tech Solutions screen displays.

Click the Create a Cox Tech Solutions Account button.
 


 

Result: The PC HealthCheck/Cox Tech Solutions Initial Registration screen displays.

Click Next.
 


 

Result: The Cox Tech Solutions Identification screen displays.

Enter your First Name, Last Name, and E-mail Address and click the Next button.
 


 

Result: The Cox Tech Solutions Create User ID and Password screen displays.

Enter a Password, Confirm Password, and Validation Code as described in the fields and click the Finish button.

Note: Passwords must be at least eight characters in length and must include letters and numbers.
 


 

Result: The Cox PC HealthCheck Contact screen displays.

Enter a description of the system or device problem and click the Send button.
 


 

Result: A PC HealthCheck Confirmation dialog box displays.
