Cox's online Service Appointments tool, where you can view and manage scheduled service appointments.
Service Appointments is an online tool that lets you view and manage your scheduled service appointments from My Connection on Cox.com. Once you sign in to My Connection, you can access Service Appointments related to installations, upgrades, downgrades, trouble calls, and reconnects from the My Account home page, or the My Services home page. With Service Appointments, you can:
- View an Improved Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
Service Appointments provide you with an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on the same day as the scheduled appointment. If the appointment is more than a day in the future, only the service window will display. Service Appointments has an improved algorithm for estimating your technician's arrival time, and gives you a way to check back throughout the day for the most accurate arrival estimates.
- Manage Appointments
Service Appointments put you in charge of rescheduling appointments or canceling repair and service appointments.
Installation appointments cannot be canceled.
