Solution

Follow these steps to reboot your Cox Home Security touchscreen.

If you live in the Arizona area and your touchscreen device has three buttons on the front, refer to this support article.

From the touchscreen home screen, touch Settings.

Enter the Master Code to proceed to the Settings menu.

From the Settings menu, touch Advanced Settings.

From the Advanced Settings menu, touch Reboot TouchScreen.

From the Reboot TouchScreen window, touch Reboot TouchScreen



Note: If prompted, re-enter the Master Code.
 
Result: A message will display confirming reboot. The screen will take one to two minutes to reboot. Once the reboot is complete the touchscreen home screen will display.
