Learn how to check your order history and status online.
Checking the status of your order is easy on cox.com. Once your order is placed, you can check the status by following these steps.

Sign in at www.cox.com with your User ID and Password.
- If you placed an order as a new customer and you do not yet have a Cox User ID and Password, enter your email address in the email field then click the Order Status button. If you use your email address after registering with Cox, some options will not be available, such as shipping or appointment rescheduling information.
- Once you have created your order, you can enter http://www.cox.com/orderstatus into your browser for faster access to your information.
- Click View Details to see the specifics of your order.
Note: If no orders can be found you will see a message, as shown below:
- From the drop-down menu you can view your orders by a date range, from 30 to 180 days, depending on how you logged in to cox.com. If you use your Cox ID and password you will see more information.
Result: Once you click View Details, the Order Details page displays, which includes your appointment information.
