How to Change a Scheduled Payment Online

First you'll cancel the payment, then re-schedule it for a different amount, date, or payment method.
You've scheduled a payment, but now you want to do one of the following:
- Use a different credit card
- Change the amount
- Change the payment date
In just 5 steps, you'll cancel the payment and then reschedule it.
Click the My Account tab then choose View Recent Activity.
Locate the scheduled payment and click its Cancel link.
On the pop-up dialog box click Yes to confirm.
Result: The payment Status changes from Scheduled to Canceled.
To set up a new payment, go to Pay Bill:
- Enter the amount to pay, the payment method, and the date for the payment to occur.
- Click the Preview Details button.
- Click the Submit button.
- Click the Recent Activity tab to see the newly scheduled payment.
