The Interactive On-Screen Program Guide and a DVR are a powerful partnership: find a program you want to record in the Guide, click the “record” button on your remote and you're given the choice to record that one episode, to record all new episodes of that program, or to record all episodes. Make your choice, and you're all set.

You can pause live TV. You can even rewind live TV and watch it again – without recording as you go. So now you can pause your show when the phone rings or you can go answer the door, then rewind to catch the scene you just missed. You can even rewind the play at home plate again and again to see if that ump really does need glasses.

Our DVR service can actually help everyone in your home get along better! If there's something on you want to watch at the same time there's something on that your husband wants to watch, you no longer have to choose. Just record them both at the same time and watch them later on - or watch one while you record the other.

Love a show so much you want the whole season saved? It's easy! Select your program in the On-Screen Guide and choose “record entire series.” 
 
The Series Manager also has several options that will allow you to record first run, or repeat episodes, record the program when it airs on different channels or different times. You can even choose the number of programs of a particular series you want to record. That's it – your DVR will take it from there.
