| Power | On | None | The router is powered on. |
| Blinking | Not connected to the Internet. | Turn off all network devices, including the modem, router, and computers. Then turn on each device in the following order:

| Off | No power | Verify power supply connections and electrical outlet. Also make sure the outlet is not connected to a switch. | |
| Test | On | None | The router is performing the power on self test diagnostic. |
| Blinking | None | The router is performing a firmware upgrade or restoring the factory defaults. | |
| Off | None | The router successfully completed the power on self test diagnostic. | |
| Wireless | On | None | Wireless feature is enabled. |
| Off | None | Wireless feature is not in use. | |
| Internet | On (Amber) | Ethernet cable is connected but the router has not received an IP address. | Verify all cable connections and try resetting the modem. If cable is OK and modem reset does not work, contact Customer Support. |
| On (Green) | None | The router has received an Internet address. | |
| Blinking (Green) | None | Data is being transmitted or received by the Internet port. | |
| LAN 1, 2, 3, 4 | On (Green) | None | The router is successfully connected to a device through that port and communicating at 100 Mbps. |
| Blinking (Green) | None | There is network activity over that port. | |
| On (Amber) | None | The router is successfully connected to a device through that port and communicating at 10 Mbps. | |
| Blinking (Amber) | None | There is network activity over that port. | |
| Off | No Ethernet found | Verify Ethernet cable connections, the TCP/IP settings and the NIC. NIC drivers may need to be reinstalled. If these steps do not resolve the issue, contact Customer Support. |
