Overview

Cox provides an enhanced error results service to residential Cox High Speed Internet customers in most markets that provides a list of relevant alternative sites based on keyword searches entered in the Address bar of Internet Explorer. Customers who want to opt out of this service can do so automatically.

To automatically opt out of Enhanced Error Results page, complete the following steps.

Enter User ID and Password, then click the Sign In button.

1. Check the Yes, I would like to opt out of the Enhanced Error Results Service box, then click the Confirm button.
   Result: A confirmation window displays.
2. Click the Confirm button.
