Call a Cox customer service representative and ask for the prepaid FedEx shipping label. We’ll mail it to you in less than 24 hours, first class, to any address you provide us.

Take the prepaid FedEx shipping label to your nearest FedEx location, along with the Cable TV, Internet, or Phone equipment you want to return to Cox. Bring your own shipping box and packing material, or buy them from FedEx.

The prepaid FedEx shipping label is required to receive free shipping. Otherwise, you can skip the label and packaging and drop off the equipment at any Cox Solution Store.
