Solution
To upload files using Cox Secure Online Backup File Manager, complete the following steps.
For additional support, refer to About Cox Secure Online Backup.
From the My Connection page, next to My Services, click the Internet link.

Result: The Internet Tools page displays.
Enter User ID and Password, then click Sign In.
Note: If you do not remember your password, click the Forgot your Password? link.

Under My Account located on the left navigation bar, click the Manage Secure Online Backup link.
Result: The Secure Online Backup Home page displays.
From the Spaces menu, click Online Files.

Result: The File Manager page displays.
To upload your file(s), click the upload files button.
Result: The Upload Files page displays.
To navigate to your desktop, click the Select Files button.

Result: The Select files upload by backup.cox.xom window displays.
Select the file(s) from the folder you created on your computer, then click Open.

Note: Entire folders cannot be uploaded; only files within a folder can be uploaded.
Once you complete your file selections, click the Upload button to begin the file upload process.

Result: Once the files are uploaded, the Upload Complete confirmation shows at the bottom of the page.
To close the Upload Files page, click X.
Result: The Upload Files page displays.
