Power and Associates 2008 Residential Telephone Customer Satisfaction StudySM. The 2008 Residential Telephone Customer Satisfaction Study is based on responses collected from more than 13,600 customers nationwide who receive their local and long distance telephone service from one provider. The Western region includes AZ, CA, CO, IA, ID, MN, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, OR, SD, UT, WA, WY. Note: Cox serves western J.D. Power markets in AZ, CA, ID, NE (with some areas in IA) and NV.
