Overview

By default, the sender's message will be included in the body of your reply. If you do not want to include the sender's message, you can change this preference. Complete the following steps to include or eliminate a sender's message when replying.

From the WebMail Inbox window, click Settings.

 

Result: The Message Settings window displays.

Click Preferences.

Result: The Preferences window displays.

Scroll down to Replying to Messages and uncheck the Include message box.

Click OK.

All steps complete.
