Solution
Save a Copy in the Sent Mail Folder
- Go to the WebMail Inbox window.
Click Compose.

Result: The Compose Mail window displays.
- Compose your message.
Click the Save a copy checkbox at the bottom of the message to save a copy in the Sent Mail folder.

All steps complete.
Automatically Save All Messages
- At the WebMail Inbox window.
- Click Settings.

Result: The Message Settings window displays. - At the Message Settings window, click Preferences, as shown below.

- Click the checkbox next to By default, save a copy in Sent Mail folder.

- Click OK
All steps complete.
Save a Draft
- Compose your message.
- Click Save Draft to save the message and finish it later. It will be saved in the Drafts folder.
All steps complete.
