Cox Secure Browsing installation stops and one of the following happens.
| The issue may be related with the system clock of the computer. Verify that the time, AM / PM, Date, Time zone, and Daylight Savings Time are correctly set for the current time zone / location of the computer. |

| Blank Screen when accessing web sites or e-mail. | The blank white screen is usually the result of the page loading too slowly. “Refreshing” the screen and doing a “reload,” resolves the issue.
