Reply to One Sender or Multiple Senders

  1. Open the message to which you want to reply.

    Note: There are two reply options:

    • Reply - Replies to only the person who sent the message.
    • Reply to All - Replies to the person who sent the message and all those copied on the message.

  2. Click Reply or Reply to All.
  3. Respond to the message.
  4. Click Send.

    All steps complete

By default, the body of your reply is automatically populated with the text of the sender's message.

Receive Replies at Alternate Address

This feature allows you to receive replies to your message at an alternate email address.

  1. At the Preferences window under Reply To, enter an alternate email address.
  2. Click OK.

    All steps complete.
