Solution

To delete a contact in the Universal Contact Manager, complete the following steps.

From the Universal Contact Manager Contacts tab, check the box for each contact to delete.

Notes:

  • Must be in List view mode to view this option.
  • Action can also be completed from the Search results page.

Click the Delete button.

Result: The selected contacts are moved to the trash can, but are not deleted permanently.

Click the Deleted Items link.

Click the Empty list link.

Result: A confirmation message displays.

Click the Yes button to permanently delete the contacts.

All steps complete.
