Solution
From the Start menu, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.

From the System Properties dialog box, click Change.

From the Computer Name Changes dialog box, within the Computer Name text box, enter a computer name. Within the Workgroup text box, enter the name of the workgroup.
- The Computer Name for each workstation on the network must be unique.
- The Workgroup for all workstations on the network must be the same.

Click OK.

From the Computer Name Changes dialog box, click OK.

From the Computer Name Changes dialog box, click OK.

From the Start menu, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.

From the System Properties dialog box, within the Computer description text box, enter a description for the computer. Click OK.
