Cox Telephone Starter
Available to new residential customers in Cox Orange County or Palos Verdes serviceable areas who newly subscribe to Cox Starter Telephone service and who have not disconnected from Cox Digital Telephone in the last 30 days. Cox Starter Telephone consists of a Primary Phone line. Advertised rate includes monthly recurring service fees, but excludes equipment charges, installation, charges for international calling, directory assistance, operator-assisted calls, per use or à la carte features, and long distance charges not included in the calling plan.
