Send an Email Message

  1. From the WebMail Inbox window, click Compose.

     

    Result: The Compose Mail window displays.
  2. Enter the email address in either To, CC, or BCC, as shown below.

     

    If you prefer to add the contact from Addresses, click either To:, CC:, or BCC: and then click the envelope next to the contact name to add it to the email.



  3. Proceed to create your message in the text field.
  4. Click Send.

    All steps complete.

Send a Message from the Inbox

  1. At the WebMail Inbox window, click Addresses.
  2. Click the checkbox next to each email address you wish to receive the message.
  3. In the drop-down menu above your addresses, choose Send Mail.
  4. Click OK.

    Result: The Compose Mail window displays and the email addresses are placed in the To: field.

    All steps complete.

Save a Message as a Draft

  1. Compose your message as usual.
  2. Click Save Draft.

    Result: The message is saved in the Drafts folder.

    Opening a message in the Drafts folder, editing it, and then saving it will create a new copy of the draft..
