Solution
- From the WebMail Inbox window, click Addresses.
Result: The Addresses: All window displays.
- Under Addresses: All, click Export.
Result: The Export window displays.
- From the File Format drop-down menu, choose the application to which you will export.
Click OK.
Result: A pop-up window displays asking you to save the file addresses.csv.*
*.csv is the file extension for comma-delimited value and is used by many email providers to download email addresses.- Save the file to the desired location, such as your desktop, a file folder, or a shared drive.
To import the file into another email client, follow the directions given by that provider. Most email providers will ask you to import the .csv file into their application.
