Q: What is the Cox and Verizon Wireless offer?
Cox customers purchasing a new Smartphone with Verizon Wireless service only at a participating Cox retail location or by calling Cox at 877-897-2415 may be eligible for a $100 Visa® Prepaid Card. The Cox/Verizon Wireless Offer requires a new 2-year agreement with Verizon Wireless to receive the Visa® Prepaid Card.
Q: Who is eligible for the Cox and Verizon Wireless offer?
To be eligible for the offer, a customer must:
- Live in one of these Cox market areas: Omaha, Kansas, NW Arkansas, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Las Vegas, Arizona, Santa Barbara, San Diego or Orange County
- Newly add or currently subscribe to Cox TV, phone, Internet or home security service at a residential address in one of those Cox market areas.
- Activate ONLY at a participating Cox retail location or by calling Cox at 877-897-2415:
- A new smartphone device with Verizon Wireless service and a new 2 year Verizon Wireless service contract with a data plan; or
- Add a new line to a current Verizon Wireless account with a new smartphone device and with a new 2-year Verizon Wireless service contract with a data plan; or
- Upgrade an eligible smartphone device and sign up for a new 2-year Verizon Wireless service contract with a data plan.
Note: Verizon Wireless service must be purchased/upgraded directly from Cox to be eligible.
Q: Which wireless phone can I get with this offer?
This offer requires a Verizon Wireless Smartphone with new 2-year agreement.
Q: I am already a Verizon Wireless customer, can I get this offer?
Yes. The Cox and Verizon Wireless Offer is available to current Verizon Wireless customers who are either adding a new line of service to their Verizon Wireless account or who are eligible for a Verizon Wireless device upgrade.

Q: How can I check on the status or balance of my Visa® Prepaid Card?
For customers who haven't received their Prepaid Card and want to check offer status please visit www.vzw.com/cox/cardstatus or call 1-800-723-0991.

Q: When will I get my Visa® Prepaid Card?
Once you successfully activate Verizon Wireless services and maintain services for at least 14 days, you should receive your Visa® Prepaid Card within approximately 6 weeks of activation.
Q: Which company will bill me for my services?
You will receive a bill from Cox for your Cox services and a separate bill from Verizon Wireless for your Verizon Wireless services.
Q: Which company should I call if I have a question about service?
Call Cox with any questions regarding your Cox services and Call Verizon Wireless with any questions regarding your Verizon Wireless device or services.
Q: How long will it take to get my Verizon Wireless device?
Customers will receive their device within two (2) business days of order confirmation.
Q: Once I place the order, how can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is confirmed, customer will receive a Verizon Wireless Shipment Notification via email. This email will have a tracking number with a ship to address.
