Overview
This article provides steps on how to automatically allow or block certain email in Enhanced WebMail. This feature blocks email addresses as well as domains. A total of 100 email addresses and domains can be blocked or allowed.
From the WebMail Inbox window, click the preferences link.

Result: The MAIL PREFERENCES window displays.
Under General Email Preferences, click the Blocked Senders link.

Result: The blocked senders options display.
Click the ON radio button.

Select the desired option for handling emails that are blocked. Emails can be deleted or moved to a designated folder.

Enter the email addresses and domains to block, then click the Block button.

Email addresses and domains can be unblocked by clicking the Unblock button.
Click the Save button.

Click the Close button.

All steps complete.
Exceptions List
Enhanced WebMail blocks messages from all email addresses and domains listed in the blocked list, except those placed in the exception list. For example, all messages from somedomain.com can be blocked, with the exception of henry@somedomain.com, who is in the exceptions list.
Enter the email addresses and domains to allow, then click the Add button.

Click the Save button.

Click the Close button.

All steps complete.
