Solution
To export contacts in the Universal Contact Manager, complete the following steps.

From the Universal Contact Manager, click the Settings tab.
Result: The Settings page displays.

Click the Export contacts button.
Result: The Export Contacts page displays.

Complete the following:
- Under Select application, from the drop-down box, select where the contacts should be exported.
- Confirm the list of contacts to export and remove the checkmark from any contact that should not be exported.
- Click the Export button.
Result: The File Download window displays.

Click the Save button to save the contacts.
