Email that is misidentified as spam can be marked as not spam and reported to Cox for processing.
To report email in Classic WebMail as not spam, complete the following steps:
Select the message in the Spam folder, then click the This is Not Spam button.
Result: A confirmation window displays.
Click the OK button.
Result: The message is moved to the Inbox and a notification is sent to Cox.
