Note: You must have a cox.net account to use Cox Mobile Connect.
From the Cox Mobile Connect main menu, tap the Settings icon in the upper right.

Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting settings are used to monitor your actions while using the application to help find solutions with any problems or errors you may experience while using the Cox Mobile Connect application. To allow monitoring of your application, tap ON.
Usage Sharing
Usage Sharing allows Cox to use your data to measure usage and performance in order to improve the application. To allow Usage Sharing, tap ON.
Note: On Android devices the Settings screen has checkmarks.
Tap Digital Receivers. On this screen you can set your default receiver and show or hide all your receivers.

Under Set Default, you can set the default receiver.

On Android devices the checkmarks will be radio buttons, as shown below:

Under Show/Hide you can decide which receivers to show or hide.

On Android devices you will see checkmarks.
