Make a One-Time Payment With Cox Mobile Connect

Pay your bill using Cox Mobile Connect.
Sign in to Mobile Connect using your Cox User ID and Password.
From the home screen, tap View/Pay Bill.
If the account has multiple statements, tap the one to apply the payment.
Tap the Make Payment button.
Note: Access to statements and EasyPay via Cox Mobile Connect will be active after February 28.
- Select the Payment Amount (Total Amount or Other Amount).
- Select a Payment Method. (Checking / Savings Account, ATM, Credit or Debit Card, or Saved Payment Method).
- Tap the Next button.
- Enter details for the Payment Method.
- Tap the Review button.
- Review payment details.
- Tap the Submit button.
Tap the Done button.
