Summary

Learn how to view and delete the CoxSync synchronization log report.

Solution

As of May 21, 2013 CoxSync is no longer available for download. Cox will continue to support this application until August 29, 2013.

From the desktop, double click the CoxSync icon.

Result: The CoxSync Companion page displays and automatically performs a sync based on the Synchronization Scheduling settings.

Note: If you did not save your Cox login and Cox password, an Account login page displays. Follow the prompts to enter your Cox login and Cox password.

From the CoxSync Companion - Main profile page, click the Logs icon.

Result: The Synchronization log report page displays.

On the Synchronization log report page, the list of synchronizations displays with date and time.

To delete a synchronization record, highlight the item, then click the Delete icon.
