Overview
Message filters are useful to automatically sort and organize incoming mail into folders. Filters can even be set to forward specific messages to other email accounts. This article provides steps on how to create a message filter in WebMail, either through the Settings feature or while in an email message.
From the WebMail Inbox window, click the Preferences link.

Result: The MAIL PREFERENCES window displays.
Under General Email Preferences, click the Filters link.

Result: The filters window displays
Click the Add button.

Result: The filter options window displays.
Filters can also be created while in read mail by clicking Options, then selecting Create Filter.

Enter the following information about the new filter, then click the OK button.
- Filter Title - Enter a name for the filter.
- Filter - Enter the conditions for the filter to search, and how to search it.
- Action - Select the options to specify what to do with messages the filter finds.

Click the Save button.
Note: The filter can be disabled by un-checking the box in the Active column.

Click the Close button.
