Summary
This article provides steps on how to delete and move email messages in WebMail.
Solution
Delete a Message
- Click the checkbox next to the message(s) you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
Note: If the message is in a folder, choose the folder, then repeat Step 1.
- To delete ALL messages put a check in the empty check box above the box next to Liza Strong in the above example. This will select all the messages on the page. As a precaution, most email services do not allow you to delete several pages of email, so you must repeat this step for each page.

Move a Message
- Click the checkbox next to the message you want to move.
- As shown in the image below, go to Move To and from the drop-down menu choose the folder into which you would like to move the message.
Note: Trash is the default folder. You can create a new folder by choosing New Folder in the drop-down menu. When you are done, click OK
All steps complete.
Empty the Trash Folder
- On the main Webmail page, on the left side of the page, under My Account, choose Manage Folders.
- Look for the word Trash under the heading called Folders.
- There is a small icon next to the word Trash, click it and you can empty your deleted messages.
All steps complete.
