Additional Outlet Separate Trip/Relocate

For accounts that are past due a notice is sent; for accounts that are approximately 22 days past due, equipment is disabled; after the equipment has been disabled, services are subject for disconnect at anytime. In order to reconnect service, you would need to pay for any outstanding balance owed, any account deposit (if required), a reconnect fee, and for the first month of service. The fee for a returned check is $25.

Installation and Service Maintenance Policies—Someone over 18 years of age must be home during any installation or repair of your cable television service.

A late fee is added to any bill amount unpaid after the due date. If your payment is made with a non-sufficient fund check, you may be charged a fee for handling.  Changing service tiers via a coded computer entry may incur a nominal charge.

Our service is provided on a convenient monthly basis. Upon installation, charges for first month’s service, deposits, installation fees and equipment leasing fees are payable in advance. Account deposits are refunded automatically to our customers who meet the following criteria: must be a subscriber for a minimum of 12 months and must be in good standing (e.g.: no late fees, insufficient funds, etc. within the last 12 months). Deposit refunds are applied to the customer’s account ledger. When applied, the descriptions will appear on your monthly statement as separate line items “Applied Deposit”. If there are current charges on the account, the deposit refund will be applied to the current balance as of the date the deposit refund was issued. If there are no current charges on the account the deposit refunded will appear as a credit balance. If your service is disconnected, the deposit will be reflected on your monthly statement.
