Summary

Cox makes it simple to pay your bill. Whether you prefer the ease of online bill pay, the personal touch paying in person or by phone, or sending a check with the rest of your bills, Cox has you covered.

Solution

1.  Cox.com

You can use EasyPay, our automatic monthly bill payment service, or make a one-time payment from any computer. You select the bank account or bank / credit card to use.

2. Cox Mobile Connect

Access your bill from your smartphone or other mobile device. You can schedule a future payment, view a PDF statement or make a one-time payment.

3. Pay by phone.

Call our 24-hour automated, bill pay phone service. Automated voice prompts guide you through the payment. You'll hear your balance due and can make a payment by entering a bank account or credit card number.

4.  Assisted payment.

You may also make a payment through a Cox customer service representative during regular business hours. There is a $10.00 Service & Processing fee for customer service representative-assisted payments.

5.  Pay by mail.

You can find our Payment Address here

For those of you with stamps, send us a check or money order. Include the remit slip, or note the service address where the Cox service is installed.

6.  Pay in person.

Use our Map of Payment Locations to find us.

  • Click the $ sign on the map to see types of payments accepted per location.
  • Not all methods of payment (cash, check, credit card, debit card, bank account, money order) are accepted at all locations.
