For accounts that are past due a notice is sent; for accounts that are approximately 22 days past due, equipment is disabled; after the equipment has been disabled, services are subject for disconnect at anytime. In order to reconnect service, you would need to pay for any outstanding balance owed, any account deposit (if required), a reconnect fee, and for the first month of service. The fee for a returned check is $25.

Without CSAP (Cox Service Assurance Plan) you may be charged up to $45.00 for a service call related to an issue that you caused.
